The eco-friendly Tenir Hotel is located at an altitude of 3,200 meters, at the top of the Shymbulak mountain resort. One of the highest mountain hotels in the world. The hotel can only be reached by cable car. When booking a room, we recommend purchasing a walking ticket. It's not just a hotel. Here, a unique location offers breathtaking views of glaciers, clouds and sunrises, and in each room you will find premium service and attention to every detail. Philosophy and origin of the name

The name of the Tenir Hotel goes back to the name of the ancient deity Tengri and the Tengrian culture. In the Kazakh language, the word "tanir" ("tengri") means "sky". Tengrianism arose on the basis of the worldview of the Turkic nomadic tribes and was associated with man's attitude to nature as an animate being.

The only way to get to the hotel is by the Shymbulak mountain resort Cable Car.
The standard operating time of the cable car is from 9:00 to 16:30.

Booking cancellation

Conditions in the "winter season" – 01.11 to 15.03:

In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days before the arrival date, a fine of 100% of the total cost of the stay for the entire booked period will be charged.
Cancellation of the reservation without penalty is possible 14 days before the arrival date.
If you change the length of stay or the date of arrival or departure, the fare may also change.

Non-refundable: Please note that bookings for this period are non-refundable and require full prepayment at the time of booking.
