Tenir Restaurant

Tenir Restaurant is the highest-altitude restaurant at the Shymbulak resort, located 3,200 meters above sea level. It is a natural continuation of Tenir Eco Hotel, created to provide maximum comfort for boutique hotel guests.

Over time, the restaurant has become one of the resort’s key gastronomic destinations, a place of attraction for all visitors to Shymbulak, regardless of whether they are staying at the hotel.

The menu has been designed with the unique mountain setting and the active rhythm of the resort in mind: the dishes are hearty, expressive in flavor, and ideal for restoring energy after skiing. It is equally suited for guests on the slopes and for those who come to the mountains to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and take in the panoramic views.

We also organize group lunches and dinners by prior reservation. Private corporate and social events can be held both inside the restaurant and on the spacious terrace, where majestic mountain scenery provides the perfect backdrop for business meetings, family celebrations, romantic evenings, and special occasions.

Breakfast for hotel guests is served daily at Tenir Restaurant from 08:30 to 11:30.
