- Accommodation of children in a room with parents aged 6 to 14 years (inclusive) is charged in the amount of 30,000 (thirty thousand) tenge per night. The price includes breakfast and a separate bed.
- Check-in at the hotel at an altitude of 3200 with children under the age of 6 is not allowed.
Booking changes
Conditions in the "summer season" – 20.03 to 31.10:
- Cancellation of the reservation without penalty is possible 5 days before the arrival date.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 5 days before the arrival date, a fine in the amount of the cost of the first night of the booked room will be charged.
- If you change the length of stay or the date of arrival or departure, the fare may also change.
Conditions in the "winter season" – 01.11 to 19.03:
- In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days before the arrival date, a fine of 100% of the total cost of the stay for the entire booked period will be charged.
- Cancellation of the reservation without penalty is possible 14 days before the arrival date.
- If you change the length of stay or the date of arrival or departure, the fare may also change.
