Basic information
- The full cost of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.
- Check–in time is 15:30, check–out time is 11:00.
- Upon check-in at the reception desk, a refundable Security Deposit will be charged.
- The deposit amount is 50,000 tenge.
- When placing a child aged 6-14 years in a room with parents, an additional amount of 30,000 tenge is paid for each night of stay, including breakfast with a separate bed.
- Check-in at the hotel at an altitude of 3200 with children under the age of 8 is not allowed.
Cancellations and changes of booking
Conditions in the "summer season" – 20.03 to 31.10:
- Cancellation of the reservation without penalty is possible 5 days before the date of arrival.
- In case of cancellation less than 5 days before the date of arrival, a fine in the amount of the cost of the first night of the booked room will be charged.
- If you change the length of stay or the date of arrival or departure, the fare may also change.
Conditions in the "winter season" – 01.11 to 19.03:
- In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the date of arrival, a fine of 100% of the total cost of the stay for the entire booked period will be charged.
- Cancellation of the reservation without penalty is possible 14 days before the date of arrival.
- If you change the length of stay or the date of arrival or departure, the fare may also change.
Conditions on "holidays" – 20.12.2025 to 10.01.2026:
- Non-refundable: Please note that bookings for this period are non-refundable and require full prepayment at the time of booking.
- Changes and cancellations: Any changes or cancellations of bookings within this period are subject to a fine of 100% of the total cost of the stay or loss of prepayment.
