If you plan to travel by gondola in the resort more than once, we recommend purchasing MULTIPASS tickets.
In order to get to the hotel, you need to purchase lift tickets.

► The ticket will be sent electronically on the day of arrival to the contact information provided at the time of booking.

The last boarding for the ascent is carried out 30 minutes before the closure of the cable car.

Multipass is a reusable and multi—day walking ticket specially designed for hotel guests.
Multipass 3 allows you to use the gondola from Medeu station to Combi-2 (Tenir), as well as to travel freely on the Combi-1 and Combi-2 cable cars for 3 (three) days. The maximum number of lifts is up to 4 (four) once a day.
The favorable price compared to one-time tickets and the absence of restrictions on movement within the resort makes Multipass a convenient and useful addition for a comfortable stay.

The Welcome Tour is an author's tour from the Tenir Hotel, developed by a team of certified tour guides
A themed welcome tour with walking tours of the resort and a cable car ride, which is ideal for those who are going to visit the mountain resort of Shymbulak for the first time, the Medeu skating rink, as well as for everyone who wants to take a fresh look at their favorite vacation spots.
The duration of the tour is about 2-3 hours.
Conditions:
The tour must be booked no later than 2 days before the date of the event
The price of the tour is fixed, applies to a mini group from 01 to 05 persons per reservation, not including tickets for the cable car
The tour starts no earlier than 10 a.m. and no later than 2 p.m.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, the tour will be cancelled without refund.
